The Moris Fizz is a vibrant reinterpretation of the classic gin fizz, infused with the wild soul of the Maremma. The elegant Gin Moris provides a solid, aromatic base, while the bergamot rosolio adds citrusy floral notes, reminiscent of Italian gardens in bloom. 2 cl Bergamot Rosolio

1.5 cl Juniper Syrup

3 cl Fresh Lemon Juice

Oak-infused Tonic Water

Garnish: Lemon peel or fresh thyme sprig
Preparation

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour Gin Moris, Bergamot Rosolio, Juniper Syrup, and Fresh Lemon Juice into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.

Strain into the prepared glass.
