Damage During Shipment
In case of damage to your purchase during shipment and before delivery, please alert the courier with evidence of the problem.
We will provide free shipping for your replacement order.
Return by Recipient
In the event the recipient decides to return the shipment for any reason other than problems caused by courier or by sender, the return is allowed within 10 days and at the expense of the recipient. The wine will be refunded once it is returned and the sender confirms that the wine is in good condition and free from tampering. The refund will incur a 10% deduction to account for bank commissions and order management.
