Il Belvedere apartment is located on the upper level of the main farmhouse. It is accessible through the reception hall and up a flight of stairs or by elevator. This is a very spacious apartment, consisting of a sitting room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a large private balcony with a view over the surrounding countryside and the Bay of Follonica.
Santa Laura is a large farmhouse that dates to the end of the 18th century. Until the 1950’s, it was used as the primary residence of farmers and their families.
