La Terrazza
La Terrazza apartment is situated on the upper level of the main farmhouse. It is accessible through the reception hall and either up a flight of stairs or by elevator. It is composed of one bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen with sitting/dining room area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and opens up onto a large balcony from which one can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside and the Bay of Follonica.
Santa Laura is a large farmhouse that dates to the end of the 18th century. Until the 1950’s, it was used as the primary residence of farmers and their families.
